I haven’t been doing very well updating my blog, have I? I wish I could say I just haven’t had the time, but I really didn’t do much of anything last week, so I have no idea.
It must’ve just been one of those weeks, because I didn’t do very well with my menu plan, either! So there are a lot of repeats this week, just because I didn’t get around to making them last week. So, on that note, here’s my menu:
Sunday: We went out to eat, which is bad! Very bad!
Monday: Sausage & Tomato Rigatoni, Green Salad, Bread (We have this just about every week. I did actually make this one!)
Tuesday: Curried Coconut Chicken, Rice, Mixed Veggies (Carry-over from last week)
Wednesday: Swedish Meatballs, Egg Noodles, Green Salad (New recipe)
Thursday: Left-Over Night (This helps A LOT with our budget.)
Friday: Fabulous Wet Burritos, Mexican Rice (Carry-over from last week)
Saturday: Maple-Roasted Chicken Breasts, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans (New recipe)
